Cut it Out
The perennial creative challenge of a sale campaign: how do you drive urgency without sacrificing the brand equity you've spent all year building? The answer here was to make something unexpected — a fully handcrafted 3D diorama that transformed the season's markdown moment into a miniature world worth lingering in. By investing in craft where most brands invest in noise, the campaign held its visual authority precisely because it refused to look like a sale.
As Creative Director, I developed the concept and directed the full execution of this campaign — a seasonal narrative built through a deliberate visual progression: deep forest greens giving way to icy alpine blues, populated with iconic Canadian imagery from mountain peaks to woodland animals. Every asset, from homepage to email, was built from the same handmade aesthetic, ensuring the campaign felt cohesive, considered, and entirely distinct from the promotional clutter around it.
