Plutino Group

The Plutino Group revitalization began with a singular question: How does an agency with a thirty-year legacy of elite talent evolve into a modern, digital-first powerhouse without losing its heritage? The challenge was to unify a diverse collective of visionaries under one consistent, elevated aesthetic while streamlining the agency’s complex multi-channel offering.

As Creative Director, I engineered the visual and narrative transformation through a rigorous end-to-end overhaul. By auditing the brand’s core DNA, I architected a high-performance system of three distinct pillars to focus the strategy. Every touchpoint—from the minimalist logo to the user-centric digital architecture—was born from my singular vision to elevate the brand’s heritage. This relaunch integrated a refined brand voice to successfully unify the agency under a consistent, global aesthetic.

"A legacy is only as strong as its ability to evolve. We stripped back the noise to reveal the architectural core of the agency—unifying three decades of elite talent under a single, modernist vision of clarity, authority, and elevated digital performance."

Multi-Channel Brand Signal

I engineered the multi-channel strategy for this overhaul, utilizing a high-energy launch reel and strategic correspondence to signal an elevated new era. By introducing a refined logo and bespoke typography, the campaign successfully debuted three strategic divisions: Beauty, Style, and Production Design. Every asset was designed to highlight a singular, modernized vision from the very first touchpoint, ensuring a cohesive market entry for the brand's evolution.

Pillar-Based Social Architecture

I architected the social phase of this brand overhaul, engineering independent visual identities for each of the three new divisions. By utilising a dynamic reel format, I integrated high-fidelity artist rosters with a sophisticated typographic system. This strategy reinforces the brand’s core pillars while celebrating the individual talent within the collective. The result is a modular social framework that ensures every creator’s work is presented through a modernised lens.

Roster Integration Strategy

To integrate new talent, I developed a dedicated launch architecture that uses a refined visual language to maintain brand equity. By initiating a system of direct correspondence and high-energy social reels, I ensured that every new artist’s portfolio was seamlessly aligned with updated typography and logos. This strategic framework provides a sophisticated lens for growth, ensuring that each new roster addition reinforces the collective's overarching evolution.
