Plutino Group

The Plutino Group revitalization began with a singular question: How does an agency with a thirty-year legacy of elite talent evolve into a modern, digital-first powerhouse without losing its heritage? The challenge was to unify a diverse collective of visionaries under one consistent, elevated aesthetic while streamlining the agency's complex offering across every channel.

Starting from a full audit of the brand's DNA, I defined three strategic pillars that would give the agency clarity and direction. From logo to digital architecture, every decision was made to honour the heritage while making space for what came next.

"A legacy is only as strong as its ability to evolve. We stripped back the noise to reveal the architectural core of the agency — unifying three decades of elite talent under a single, modernist vision of clarity, authority, and elevated digital performance."

Multi-Channel Brand Signal

The launch needed to announce something — not whisper it. I directed a high-energy launch reel and shaped the brand's outward communications to signal a decisive shift: same agency, new era. By introducing a refined logo and bespoke typography, the campaign successfully debuted three strategic divisions — Beauty, Style, and Production Design — ensuring a cohesive and commanding market entry from the very first moment.

Pillar-Based Social Architecture

Each of the three divisions needed its own visual identity while still reading as part of a coherent whole. I developed independent aesthetics for each pillar, unified through a shared typographic system, ensuring the collective's talent could be celebrated individually without fragmenting the brand. The result is a modular social framework that gives every creator's work a modernised, elevated platform — distinct in voice, consistent in standard.

Roster Integration Strategy

As the agency grows, so does the roster. I built a repeatable launch framework — visual templates, typographic standards, and a reel format — that ensures every new talent addition feels like a deliberate brand moment rather than an afterthought. Each new artist's debut is seamlessly aligned with the agency's evolving identity, reinforcing the collective's authority with every addition.
